Engineering & Manufacturing Specifications

Engineering Specs

Fluent Conveyors motors are engineered with industry leading 3D CAD.  The manufacturing team has years of combined experience on conveyor motors and understand the most complex applications to ensure the correct motor size is always used. All replacement motors consist of cast iron housings, helical gearing, high performance inverter/vector motors and brake motors, flexible design, enhanced features for most environments, oil safe sealing system, contamination free venting system and a stainless steel protective coating.

Manufacturing Specs

Fluent Conveyors motors have been tested, validated and approved to meet the quality tolerances our engineering team requires. The production team, paired with a new technology, validated core processes and a great quality assurance process is vital to quality motors.  Our engineering team ensures all motor specs meet approval drawings and existing conveyor requirements.

Preventative Maintenance

Fluent Conveyors understands the importance of keeping your conveyor motors in great condition. Please follow the oil requirements located in the manual of that motor. If the shaft is rotating, the bushing in pulley has more than likely failed. If the shaft is not rotating, this can be a direct motor failure or electrical related issue.

If there are issues with your motor, please properly disconnect the conveyor and get a replacement motor installed.

Please call our team to get assistance with your replacement motor.
