Mechanical Engineer
Position Summary
The Mechanical Engineer is responsible for designing, developing, and improving conveyor systems and material handling equipment. This role collaborates with Sales, Manufacturing, Purchasing, and Project Management to deliver reliable, cost-effective, and innovative solutions that meet customer requirements while maintaining company engineering standards.

Key Responsibilities

Design conveyor systems and related mechanical components using CAD software.

Create manufacturing drawings, Bills of Materials (BOMs), and engineering documentation.

Collaborate with Sales to develop custom equipment solutions.
- 4
Review customer specifications and ensure designs meet project requirements.
- 5
Support manufacturing by resolving engineering and production issues.
- 6
Participate in design reviews and continuous product improvement initiatives.
- 7
Ensure compliance with applicable engineering standards and safety requirements.

Assist with prototype testing and product validation.
- 9
Provide technical support to internal teams and customers when required.
Qualifications
Required
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
3+ years of mechanical design experience in manufacturing or industrial equipment.
Proficiency in SolidWorks or similar CAD software.
Strong understanding of mechanical systems and manufacturing processes.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Preferred
Experience with conveyor systems or material handling equipment.
Knowledge of sheet metal fabrication and machining processes.
Familiarity with ERP systems and BOM management.
