Every slider bed conveyor is built from heavy structural steel and finished to survive continuous recycling and material handling duty. The frame, tubing, and pan sides are MIG-welded with Grade 8 hardware and 10-gauge gusset plates, then sandblasted and powder-coated for corrosion resistance.

We supply slider bed belts in standard widths of 48, 60, 72, and 84 inches, with custom widths available. Wider belts use vertical splicing.
