About Regal Rexnord

Regal Rexnord took its present form in October 2021, when Regal Beloit Corporation combined with the Process & Motion Control business of Rexnord Corporation. Both halves carry long industrial records. Regal started in Beloit, Wisconsin, in 1955 building motor subassemblies, while Rexnord traces its lineage to the Chain Belt Company of Milwaukee, founded in the 1890s. The combined company moved its corporate headquarters to Milwaukee in 2023, the same year it acquired Altra Industrial Motion, and it now employs roughly 30,000 people across three business segments. Its portfolio carries legacy names that shaped American power transmission, such as Marathon, Leeson, Falk, Sealmaster, Link-Belt, McGill, Browning, and Kop-Flex.
