Poker picker configuration is driven by material composition, burden depth, and required separation efficiency. Lane spacing (3–8", adjustable) and detection range are set per application; quick-change dividers allow reconfiguration without downtime. Separation efficiency runs 85–95% across rated capacity, depending on technology selection and material consistency.

Fluent builds custom conveyors from the ground up. The same engineering team that specs drives, belts, and controls also designs our chutes. Every chute ships from our 85,000 sq ft US facility, fabricated by certified welders and finished with industrial powder coat.
For new Fluent systems, chutes are delivered as part of the build. For retrofits, the same standards apply regardless of the receiving conveyor's make.
