Fluent supplies Mettler Toledo SWC515-A PinMount™ weigh modules for Fluent conveyors and retrofit applications on conveyors, tanks, hoppers, and silos. Complete assemblies with load cell, mounting hardware, anti-uplift protection, and IP68/IP69K sealing (Size 1) or IP68 (Size 2). OIML C3 and NTEP Class III / IIIL M certified.
Combined error and temperature effect on sensitivity comply with OIML R60 and NIST HB44 requirements on legal-for-trade assemblies. Ranges above span the models we supply; contact our parts team for the specification sheet on a given configuration.
for industrial reliability.
Bare rocker-pin load cells for replacement or custom weigh module configurations. Capacities from 1–100 t, sealed to IP69K, with OIML C3 and NTEP Class III certified options.

Load cell, mounting hardware, safety hardware, cable, and ground strap for welding protection are included. The complete mounting assembly manages every mechanical condition the cell will encounter in service. The rocker-pin load cell self-aligns load forces through its axial axis, eliminating the shimming precision that flat-bottom compression cells require. The mounting assembly then handles anti-uplift protection, downstop restraint, lateral force relief, and thermal expansion in the weighbridge structure.

Designed to enhance operational safety and provide reliable mechanical system protection.

Zinc-plated carbon steel hardware is appropriate for dry and standard industrial environments where the assembly is not subject to frequent chemical exposure, high-pressure washdown, or accelerated corrosion.

Stainless steel mounting hardware is specified for washdown environments, corrosive atmospheres, outdoor installations with standing moisture, and any application where hardware longevity in wet or chemical-laden conditions is a priority. Both configurations are available at standard lead times. Contact our parts team if you are unsure which hardware material suits your installation.

Two commissioning approaches are available depending on installation constraints and compliance requirements.
Calculated span calibration uses the known geometry and mechanical properties of the weigh module assembly to establish span without physical test weights. This is practical for large-capacity or difficult-access installations where placing certified test weights is logistically complex or unsafe. Support depends on the load cell and indicator combination, so confirm compatibility before specifying it as the commissioning method. Standard test weight span calibration remains the reference method for high-accuracy applications and is required by most legal-for-trade authorities.
If the installation is subject to legal-for-trade requirements under NTEP or OIML, confirm the acceptable calibration method with the relevant weights and measures authority before commissioning. OIML Class C3 and NTEP Class III certifications are compatible with either method when properly documented.
On installations with a digital weighing indicator, zero tracking is configured at the indicator. Calibration data is stored in the indicator and can be accessed via Industrial Ethernet through the conveyor control system.

Fluent designs and manufactures conveyors for recycling, waste management, and other demanding industries. We understand how belt tension, idler deflection, drive speed stability, and belt tracking affect scale accuracy because we deal with these challenges every day.
When you source weighing components through Fluent, you tap into decades of hands-on experience that informs selection, guides installation, and guarantees integration with the rest of the drivetrain.
