Every flat idler conveyor is built from heavy structural steel and finished to survive high-throughput recycling and industrial duty. The frame, tubing, and sides are MIG-welded with Grade 8 hardware and 10-gauge gusset plates, then sandblasted and powder-coated for corrosion resistance.

We design and build custom control systems for your flat idler conveyor, including start sequencing, belt scale integration, and overload protection. The control panel houses the hardware, while the control system programming handles the logic, including totalization from any installed weighing instrumentation.
Our panels are built to UL 508A specifications, comply with TÜV standards, and are individually certified. Fluent Conveyors does not hold UL 508A certification as a company.

We supply flat idler belts in standard and custom widths. Standard widths include 48, 60, 72, and 84 inches; wider custom belts require vertical splicing.
