We begin with your material, your facility, and your throughput targets. This conversation covers material characteristics (size, weight, abrasiveness, moisture content), flow rate, incline requirements, layout constraints, drive and electrical preferences, and any regulatory or compliance requirements. Belt type, chain pitch, and structural gauge decisions begin here.

Our engineers produce a full 3D CAD model and drawing package based on your requirements. We model width, height, incline angle, noseover geometry, drive placement, discharge point, and other details before fabrication. BIM-compatible files (DXF, DWG, STP, IGES) are available for facility integration planning and OEM equipment interface verification.

Once the design is complete, our engineers run FEA on the structure to verify it can handle the load, impact, and wear it will see in operation. This step catches potential failure points before production and is a standard part of every Fluent engineering process.

You review and approve all drawings, dimensions, and drive and electrical specifications before fabrication begins. Your documentation package (custom drawings, CAD models, and an operating manual) is finalized at this stage.

Our team fabricates your conveyor to the approved drawings using precision CNC machining and automated braking equipment, maintaining industry-leading dimensional tolerances throughout. All structural connections are MIG-welded by certified welders.

Each conveyor is sand-blasted prior to paint, assembled with grade 8 hardware, and test-run for over 10 hours before shipment. We verify weld strength, belt alignment and tracking, conveyor speed, and all electrical systems. Your Fluent conveyor arrives ready to run.

We partially disassemble each conveyor and configure components for optimal freight loading. Drives, motors, and controls are removed and boxed separately. Structural steel is loaded sequentially and fastened to pallets or crates, with incline sections braced and belt areas protected. We ship via trusted carriers and can accommodate truck, ocean, or air transport. You receive a component manifest and unload instructions with every shipment.
