Package handling conveyors move boxes, cartons, parcels, totes, and packaged goods through loading, transport, sorting, and unloading. Each conveyor is engineered and made in the USA.

A package handling system combines the right conveyor types for each stretch of the route, from infeed and transport to merging, sorting, and loadout, so packages move through the facility without manual rehandling. We size each section to your package mix and throughput and integrate the transfers, diverters, and chutes that tie the line together.

We combine slider bed, flat idler, roller chain, and gravity sections into a single conveyor system matched to your material and site.
Reliable conveyor solutions for fast, safe, and consistent package handling operations.

We combine advanced engineering and high-quality materials to build each package handling conveyor for durability and long-term performance.

Every conveyor is built from structural steel and finished for continuous handling duty. Frames, tubing, and sides are MIG-welded with Grade 8 hardware, then sandblasted and powder-coated for corrosion resistance.

Hardware
Our package handling conveyors are designed, engineered, and manufactured to outperform the recognized standards for conveyor safety, performance, and reliability.
Workplace safety requirements for guarding, lockout/tagout, and operation.
National safety standard for conveyors and related equipment.
Conveyor Equipment Manufacturers Association standards for alignment tolerances, belt ratings, bearing selection, guarding, and installation.
International standards for conveyor belts, safety, and quality management.

When we build a control system for your package handling line, we supply VFD and start/stop control and build the panels to run the conveyors safely, with the control panel housing the hardware and the control system programming handling the logic. For scanning, weigh-in-motion, sortation software, and other automation, we build the line integration-ready so your systems integrator can connect their equipment at the transfer and divert points. The control panel houses the hardware, while the control system programming handles the logic.
When a standard layout does not fit, we design the package handling line around your material, footprint, and throughput. When you need more than one conveyor, we engineer the full system.

Combine slider bed, flat idler, roller chain, and gravity sections with transfers, diverters, and chutes into one integrated line. We handle the engineering and integration across every transfer point.

Configure the belt, drive, layout, and mobility on a single conveyor to match your package mix, site, and throughput. Adjust drive power, components, safety devices, and finish.

We equip package handling lines with the belt that fits each section or conveyor type.
Smooth-top belting on a fully supported bed for cartons and mixed parcels.
For belts matched to packaging duty, see our belts for packaging applications.
Fluent supplies replacement parts and wear components to keep your package handling line running at peak performance. Contact us with your conveyor's model number, and we'll supply the parts to get you back up and moving.

Lagged, wing, snub, bend, and take-up pulleys for slider bed, trough idler, and flat idler bases.

Tell us your package types, weights, target throughput, feed and discharge points, and site layout, and we'll size and quote a package handling line built to your specifications. See how conveyors for distribution centers fit your operation, or contact our team to start a build.
