Job Title: Dealer or Distributor For A Protected Sales Territory In Oregon, Washington, Idaho & Alaska

Employment Type: Reseller / Dealer

Educational Requirements: Not Applicable

Fluent Business Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm

Industry: Industrial Conveyor Equipment

Dealer Territory Description

The candidate must have in-depth knowledge of Industrial Recycling Equipment (Sales, Installation & Service)

  • Dealer must have a proven track record of managing their sales territory
  • Have a 3-year track record of hitting or exceeding sales within their protected territories
  • Grow and manage both new and current customers
  • Have the ability to work closely with the Fluent Conveyors pre-sales and post sales team to ensure an excellent customer experience.
  • Build long-term relationships with both waste and recycling brokers.

Dealer Responsibilities and Duties

  • Set meetings and sell Fluent given leads
  • Given both quarterly and annual sales projections
  • Oregon Sales Territory: grow business in the larger cities such as Portland, Eugene, Bend & Medford
  • Washington Sales Territory: grow business in the Seattle metro area and smaller municipalities where recycling equipment may be needed.
  • Idaho Sales Territory: have the ability to travel easily to Boise, Meridian and remote areas within Idaho in a respectful time-frame
  • Alaska Sales Territory: have the ability and means to fly to Anchorage and travel to areas such as Homer, Fairbanks or other remove areas if needed.
  • Travel onsite to customers
  • Meet or exceed quote for your territory (Net New Business and current customers)

Re-seller Qualifications

  • Have in-house or proven service and repair team
  • Work with a leading baler manufacturer (Harris, American Baler, IBC, G Baler, Balemaster, Maren etc)
  • Have the ability to solve complex issues
  • Meeting sales goals or exceeding
  • Closing skills
  • Territory management
  • Prospecting skills
  • Negotiation
  • Product knowledge
  • Presentation skills
  • Client relationships
