This belt is a 3-ply cover by cover on the top and bottom of the belt. The full integrally molded cleats gives this belt a very heavy duty complete structure to allow for high speed, high volume.

The cleated pattern is a 1- 1/4" x 31-1/2" wide "Y" pattern chevron on 13 inch centers.

Splicing Options: We suggest you go with a fully vulcacanized lace to remove jam points; however you can use a mechanical splice and it's recommended to use one of the following: R5 - 1/2 megalloy rivet hinged splice, super screw pre-installed on 1 end or have the belt pre-punched for 140 Flexco Clips.
