We engineer flat inclined, L-shape, S-shape, Z-shape, and custom multi-unit layouts. Layout selection is driven by elevation change requirements, available floor area, and transfer point count. S-shape and Z-shape configurations handle sequential elevation changes within a constrained footprint. More complex facilities combine multiple layout types across separate conveyor lines.

Pre-installation, our site prep team can perform laser scanning, BIM modeling, and floor assessments to validate layout geometry before fabrication begins.

We design and build the custom control package in-house. Our panel specialists are UL 508A listed and handle PLC programming, VFD panel fabrication, HMI design, and remote operator console builds.

Controls are engineered alongside the mechanical system, so belt speed relationships, sequencing logic, and safety interlocks are integrated from the start. System-level components we specify and build include:

• VFDs: independent speed control at each conveyor stage; essential for metering and surge prevention

• PLCs: coordinate cross-conveyor logic, automate sequencing, manage fault response and shutdown sequences

• HMIs: operator interface for speed adjustment, system status, and alarm management

• E-stop systems: pull-cord and mushroom-head e-stops integrated into system-wide safety logic

• Speed sensors: belt speed monitoring for underspeed detection and closed-loop control feedback

• Weighing systems: belt scales and load cells for throughput monitoring and process data
