American-made custom incline conveyors for recycling, waste, bulk material, and other demanding industries. Any Fluent conveyor type can be configured at an incline in roller chain, slider bed, flat idler, and troughing builds, with custom layouts and angles.

Fluent builds the incline as a configuration of the conveyor type that fits your material and duty cycle, so the drive, carrying surface, and containment are matched to the load rather than forced onto a single platform. We serve recycling, waste, and material recovery operations along with aggregate, scrap, and heavy manufacturing.

Each conveyor type can be configured at an incline to meet your material handling needs.
The values below cover the ranges common to Fluent incline conveyors. Drive, belt, capacity, and dimensional limits depend on the platform you select.

Feeding, baler infeed, sorting, transport, material recovery, scrap, shredder feeding
Recycling, waste management, construction, demolition, agriculture, automotive recycling, scrap metal, aggregate
Custom widths to suit material and throughput
Custom lengths to suit infeed and discharge height
25–35 degrees standard; 60 degrees for tumble-back; custom angles including L-frame, Z-frame, and nose-over on request
Varies by conveyor type and configuration
5–25 hp standard; higher on request
Rubber combo, cleated, chevron, hinged steel, apron pan, and Z-pan, matched to the conveyor type
Guarding, e-stops, pull cords
VFDs, PLC integration, and custom control panels
We combine advanced engineering and high-quality materials to build each incline conveyor for durability and long-term performance.

Every incline conveyor is built from heavy structural steel and finished to survive the abrasion, impact, and vertical load of moving material uphill. The frame, tubing, and sides are MIG-welded with Grade 8 hardware and 10-gauge gusset plates, then sandblasted and powder-coated for corrosion resistance

Hardware
Our incline conveyors are designed, engineered, and manufactured to outperform the recognized standards for conveyor safety, performance, and reliability.
Conveyor Equipment Manufacturers Association standards for alignment tolerances, belt ratings, bearing selection, guarding, and installation.
National safety standard for conveyors and related equipment.
Workplace safety requirements for guarding, lockout/tagout, and operation.
International standards for conveyor belts, safety, and quality management.

When we design and build a custom control system for your incline conveyor, we build and program the PLCs, operator consoles, and HMIs with safety protocols as needed, including start/stop sequencing, speed adjustment, and interlocks with downstream balers, shredders, and sort lines. The control panel houses the hardware, while the control system programming handles the logic.
When standard models don't fit, we design an incline conveyor around your material, footprint, and throughput, and when you need more than one conveyor, we engineer the full line.

Combine incline conveyors with feeders, balers, shredders, sort lines, and transport equipment into one integrated line. We handle the engineering, controls, and integration across every transfer point.

Configure the angle, layout, drive, belt, and containment on a single incline conveyor to match your material, site, and throughput targets.

Belt selection changes with incline angle, material, and duty cycle. The right surface prevents rollback and matches the drive of the conveyor type you choose.
Cleats and profiles molded into the belt as a single piece, which eliminates the attachment points that fail first on bolted-on cleats. Built for severe-duty and continuous incline service.
Best for: High-abrasion inclines and mobile shredding or screening feeds that demand long-run reliability.
Fluent supplies replacement parts and wear components to keep your incline conveyor running at peak performance. Wear parts depend on the conveyor type; contact us with your model number, and we'll supply the right components.

Head, tail, and drive pulleys machined for the pulley drive.

Configure an incline conveyor sized to your operation. Fluent builds inclines for recycling, waste, aggregate, scrap, and package handling, with the base type, angle, drive, and belt matched to your material. See the industries we serve or contact our team to start a build.
